Lucía Tovar – Operations & Logistics Manager

Lucía Tovar holds a degree in Tourism from Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid, Spain, and has over 10 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry.

She also holds Master’s degrees in Marketing and Hotel Revenue Management, with a strong background in both the European and North American markets.

Specialized in group coordination and bespoke travel experiences, Lucía ensures that every Northsher program — from private tours to large-scale corporate events — is executed with precision, creativity, and care.
